Wow, it’s hard to believe that we are more than 2 weeks into 2018! 2018 has started off with a bang and time is clearly flying. Before we get cranking too far into 2018, wanted to take a look back on our company’s accomplishments in 2017.

2017 was an AMAZING year for us. I am beyond proud to say that this past year, we have stepped our operation up a notch in almost EVERY area :). If you did business with us in 2016 (Our first year in business), I’m sure you would agree that we now offer even more value to our partners and clients.

Our Fruitful packages offer a winning formula that WORKS every time! By combining top notch artistic photography with our unique trendy customized designs, we are able to deliver a product to the market that is quite frankly irresistible to buyers.

Our RESULTS are a testament to that fact with 97% of the homes we staged in 2017 going under contract within the 1st 2 weeks on market!

It’s definitely a Win-Win for all! and No…. all staging is NOT the same! It’s definitely an Art+Science along with God given talent that allows us to deliver time after time again.

So how are we able to consistently provide these kind of results?

*We focus on quality and details over quantity. We are NOT a high volume business nor desire to be, which means we don’t do cookie cutter staging and have a select/limited amount of clients we take on. We do what’s needed to highlight your specific property using a visually interesting design. Just take a look at our portfolio and you will see that no two houses are EVER exactly the same. Today’s buyers want “different” they want to fall in love with the home. So this means when you work/partner with us, the product you are getting is customized to your property. Does this take more of our time? Yes. Does it deliver results? Yes. Is it cheap? No. Is it worth the investment? YES!!! because in the end it ALWAYS pays off. 🙂

Including Move IN Design for clients local to Atlanta and E-design for out of town clients. Both offering tremendous value to homeowners. We are able to help our clients get the home of their dreams on a reasonable budget saving busy professionals both time and money.
