We love staging a well done renovation! This home had pops of Mid Century mixed in with the classic elements of the original home. This home is located in one of Decatur’s most sought after neighborhoods that has a very relaxing homey vibe, yet very trendy with lots of new construction and millennials moving in.

As always, we played off of the renovation to come up with a staged design that was Mid Century yet Luxurious to appeal to the targeted buyer.
