This past Tuesday, we had the pleasure of staging a 3 story townhome in a family friendly luxurious well built neighborhood. The realtor reached out to us to preview it for staging preparation right before the home was painted. Our goal with the staging was to create cohesiveness among the 3 levels and showcase how a family could be utilize the space. Check it out!

The first floor featured an entryway and bedroom with view to the community pool.

The 2nd floor has the main living area and dining room. We created a seating nook under the window landing.

The third floor of this townhouse had the Primary bedroom an additional secondary bedroom. We staged the additional bedroom with two twin beds since this home has a total of 3 bedrooms and we wanted to show how a family could best utilize the space.

This home received multiple offers after the first open house with offers above asking despite mortgage interest rate hikes! Congratulations to the realtor and homeowner.
