I had the awesome opportunity to stage this stunning luxury home in the Kennesaw area. This home has some very unique architectural features. My favorite was the stunning 2 story family room that featured soaring ceilings with a wall of windows letting in an abundant amount of natural light.

I knew for the staging I wanted to highlight the two story family room by creating a furniture layout and arrangement that created visual symmetry when viewing from multiple angles to bring out the architectural features.

The interesting thing about this home is that it was previously listed un staged and stayed on the market for over 100 days. The staging definitely made a difference in bringing this home to SOLD.

We completed this staging at the end of November and despite the holidays and slow time in real estate, after staging the sellers were able to secure a contract in under 45 days!
