Staging this home was very bitter sweet to me, because I LOVED this house when we first purchased it 2.5 years ago, but we have decided to utilize the equity that we have in it and downsize to continue to invest and grow in our business. So I had to take a step back, put on my “buyer eyes” and do what was needed to merchandise and market this home to bring out its best features! This is the fun part of Real Estate to me, because I love coming up with creative ways to find the essence of a home’s architecture and merge that with great visual marketing to help tell that home’s story while attracting buyers.

This home has some pretty STUNNING old world features including dark textured floors , wrought iron fixtures, and even the symmetrical exterior style of the home. The character of this home screams old world elegance, but the home is only a few years old so I knew the staging needed to be a mix of old world meets new style to appeal to today’s buyers.
