Last week I had the opportunity to help bring this super stylish renovated house to life. This home has a phenomenal kitchen with white cabinets and black counter tops with chrome fixtures and newly refinished oak floors. When walking through this home, I felt like the kitchen had a very monochromatic modern feel, but the floors being an oak brown color felt more warm and cozy. So with the staging, I wanted to merge those two together by creating something that was stylish and modern, yet cozy.

I decided to do this by sticking with a neutral color palette of gray, black, white, and navy blue accents. The neutral palette worked great in this cozy open floor plan. To keep things visually interesting, we used different textures and patterns making this home truly stylish and memorable.
