This past weekend we had the opportunity to stage this super charming home nestled in a gorgeous Alpharetta neighborhood. When I first walked through this home in it’s vacant state, I knew that I wanted the staging to bring out all of the unique architectural features of the home such as the arched windows, custom built-ins, and white brick fireplace going up to the cathedral ceiling in the two-story family room. I wanted the staging to feel modern enough for today’s buyers, but still preserve the traditional architectural charm that makes it unique.

Check it out below!

Sitting/Reading Room
The Formal Dining room is off of the sitting room and leads to the kitchen.
The kitchen is super charming and features arched picture windows looking out to the huge screened in deck. I love the darker paint framing the windows. To help visually highlight the kitchen, we went with a modern breakfast dining set framed in darker wood to draw the buyer’s eye into the room while highlighting the gorgeous kitchen windows.
Across from the fireplace in the family room, there are built-ins with a hidden sink! How unique is this!? I think this would be the perfect area for buyers to prepare a glass of wine while entertaining. 🙂
