A few weeks ago, we had the pleasure of Staging this 3 level townhome located in Snellville GA. It’s a proven fact that tri level homes tend to be harder to sale due to buyer preferences on main level living, so my job with the Staging was to ensure each level served a clear function and purpose, while appealing to the millennial target market.

Upon entering the home the bottom level had a room to each side of the front door entrance. The room to the right has a fireplace so we Staged that room as the family/living room. I decided to stage the smaller room to the other side of the room as an office so this level could serve as the hanging out/ office level.

As you can see from the Before and After Staging picture above Staging really made a plain basic room POP with personality.

Once you go up the stairs there is a kitchen and dining area.

For this house we made sure that each level had some Staging. The bedroom on the opposite side of the kitchen we left Vacant.

The top level has the Master Suite and 4th bedroom. We Staged the Master Bedroom and Master Bath.

This Home went under contract after 2 weekends on market!
