We had the opportunity to stage this awesome two story home in Austell GA. Our goal with staging this home was to make it feel fresh, cozy, and functional for buyers. Being a sellers market, the sellers opted not to renovate the home’s original kitchen and bathrooms, but the sellers did invest in new paint, carpet, and staging to give the older home a fresh new appeal.
For the staging we brought it modern yet transitional furniture, that was functional yet comfortable showing how a family or young couple could comfortably live in the space. Check it out below!
Upon entering the home, the foyer featured a white staircase and living room to the right. The sellers added new plush carpet and fresh paint. The living room in its vacant state would have been difficult for buyers to visualize due to the fact that it is very long with several doorway openings.
To make the space feel cozy, we opted for a large transitional sectional with modern art. The sectional worked perfectly within the homes floorplan. Since the living room had several doorway openings, we wanted to ensure we didn’t impede on the walking flow as buyers walked through.
This home also had new carpet in the dining room. We kept the dining room setup light and bright.
Heading up the stairs you will find all the bedrooms. We staged the primary bedroom with seating area and secondary bedrooms as a guest room and home office.
Shortly, after going live we were notified by the listing agent that this home sold and set a new record breaking price point in the neighborhood!
