This weeks staging was of a super cute renovated ranch. This home has the WOW factor with a HUGE picture window off of the dining area when you first walk into the house. When coming up with a theme for this home, I knew I wanted to capitalize on the WOW window! The window adds a modern twist to this brick ranch, plus it has a pretty awesome view of the large wooded back yard. So I decided to do a Retro Modern theme featuring bold green, geometric prints, and outdoor elements that enhance the view from the window.
