Our Fruitful Flex Space offers great value at an affordable rate. Unlike other venues, all of our packages include our luxurious comfortable modern furnishings which includes tables, dining chairs, velvet accent chairs, 2 full size plush sofas and more. There are also no additional fees or hidden cost. Our booking rates start at $96 per hour. Please inquire for details. We require 50% upfront and the remainder 3 business days prior to your event.

Schedule your event space in a few simple steps: Choose a package, pick your date and time, and fill in your details. Once we receive your booking request, we will e-mail you to confirm the details and send over our venue rental agreement to e-sign and payment link for 50% deposit.
