Consultation

The Process:

  •  Walk-through of your home. We will ask you to walk us through the areas you would like us to focus on in your home.
  •  Discussion of design ideas, space, function, taste, color palette, and decorating goals. We will ask a lot of questions to better understand your style. Be prepared to share pictures of what you like.
  •  Budget Planning Advice. You should have a budget in mind for your project. We can give a general idea of what you should expect to spend based off of your decorating/design goals.
  • During the initial consultation we will provide as much advice as possible. If you decide to sign up for one of our design packages, the consultation fee will be applied towards your package.

Move In Design

(Full Service Interior Design)

This package is our most popular.

Perfect for new homeowners or those who wish to start with a blank slate. We put together a personalized unique design encompassing new furniture, decor, paint, and accessories.

Design Fee is a flat rate per room/space starting at $2,500 per room.

The Process: (6-12 weeks average)

  • Starts with a kick off consultation (discuss your needs, style, budget, & timeline) (1hr)
  •  We will then put together a few Mood Boards with different design options for your space. The initial mood board options presented will typically only include the selection of the primary furniture and décor pieces along with a color palette. Once you select the theme you like best, we will build upon it by adding additional décor and accessories.  Throughout the process we will gather your feedback to ensure 100% satisfaction  (1-3 weeks)
  • Once you approve the final mood board, we then provide a 3D Rendering to help you visualize the design. Following the design approval, we provide a line item expense breakdown and request product payments for items to be ordered. We place all orders on your behalf through our trades and plan for your installation (3-6 weeks)
  • Your home will receive the full white glove treatment on installation day as we coordinate deliveries, assembly, and complete the design installation.(1-3 days)
  • You get to come home to a new refreshing space that is a complete reflection of you!

Room Refresh (Decor Design Services)

Already have your main furniture pieces, but are in need of accessories and decor to tie everything together? This package is designed to refresh/revamp your current space with the addition of decor/accessories only.

Design Fee is Flat rate per room starting at $1,000 per room

The Process: (2-4 weeks) 

This package includes the following:

  • Kick off consultation 
  • Mood Board
  •  Shopping and optional on site installation

E-design is great for clients that are non local or want to be more hands on with the ordering and the installation process

Design Fee is Flat rate per room starting at $1,800 per room

The Process: (2-4 weeks) 

E-Design packages include the following:

  • Kick off consultation (via e-mail, phone, facetime, or Zoom)
  • Mood Board of Room
  •  3-D Rendering (Floor Plan and space layout)
  •  PDF package with shopping links
